Uniquely U. isn't for everyone. If you sign up for the all-inclusive application package, it's going to take 15 hours of time you may not think you have, and, at $225/hour, it isn't cheap. The purpose of Uniquely U.'s free consultation is for you to decide whether this fascinating, self-defining, interactive writing process will significantly reduce your stress level even as it dramatically increases the level of excellence of the final application you hand in.
Your work will start before you even meet with me. As soon as I receive your sign-up form, I'll send you a more detailed pre-consult questionnaire to email me ahead, so when you do sign on, you can start right in.
Here's what I'll want to know:
- the usual vital statistics - name, email, etc, of course, and the colleges you're considering;
- a list of your most important activities in order of their importance to you… what the Common App already asks, but we're going to take your relationship to your activities much farther than you can imagine;
- and, most importantly, the contents of your room! If you have a phone with a camera, make a panoramic sweep of shots so I can see what's on your walls and in your closet, and yes, in those piles on your floor! Then, at the consultation itself, I'll ask you to sketch a rough floor plan so I can see where everything fits. Getting to see you in your natural habitat will soon get us digging deeper.

What else? That I'm available to you 24/7; that I'm tons of fun; that I also offer an à la carte, pay as you go option, convertible to the package plan at any time, and, oh yes… that by the time you're done, I GUARANTEE you'll have serenely submitted the best application you're humanly capable of.
Sorry to say: Initial essay read-overs and requests for feedback are billable and not included in the free consultation.
